The process

Submit Your Booking Request
Fill out the booking request form with your celebration date, hotel location, occasion details, and selected package. I'll review your request and reach out to confirm availability and provide payment instructions.

sECURE YOUR DATE
Once you've selected your package and booked your hotel room, I'll reserve your date with a 50% deposit. Provide your hotel confirmation details so I can coordinate timing.

I Handle the Setup
I'll arrive at the agreed-upon time to transform the room. Once the setup is complete and I've left, I'll notify you that everything is ready.

Walk In & Celebrate
Arrive to a fully decorated space ready for your celebration. No setup, no stress—just enjoy the moment and create memories.

I recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. For holiday weekends and peak seasons (Valentine's Day, New Year's, etc.), book 3-4 weeks ahead. Bookings made less than 5 days in advance are subject to a $100 rush fee.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your setup date.

No, you'll need to book and pay for your hotel room separately. I only provide the decor and setup service.

No, cleanup is not included. All decor items (balloons, candles, rose petals) are yours to keep or dispose of. I provide cleanup instructions after setup to help you avoid any hotel fees. Following these instructions ensures a smooth checkout process.
